Roberto Maggioni (Managing Director)

Having graduated in Architecture from the University of Milan in 1996, Roberto has since specialized in the tourism industry in various roles. During his career he has worked in Milan for leading tourist agencies Chiariva, American Express and Pan American Travel, and in Paris for Cityrama and Livtours. Roberto now lives and works in Berlin, where from 2003 to 2005 he worked for the tourist agency Comunicazione GmbH before founding Maggioni Tourist Marketing.

Roberto speaks fluent Italian, English, German and French.

Isabelle Baugé (Press work, web writing and translation for the French speaking markets)

A PHD graduate in French Modern Literature from the Sorbonne University in Paris (PHD awarded in 1995), Isabelle has taught at the Sorbonne, as well as the Bocconi and IULM Universities in Milan and the French Embassy in Milan. Since 1999 she has been living in Berlin, where she has taught at the Viadrina University, Frankfurt-Oder, TU-Berlin and VHS. In addition to her teaching activities, Isabelle has translated and published several books on literature, sociology and communication.

Isabelle speaks fluent French, Italian, German and English, and is currently learning Arabic.

Anne-Kathrin Boch (Press work, web writing and translation for the German speaking markets)

Anne-Kathrin obtained an Erasmus Scholarship after leaving school in Germany, in order to study in Rome and Bologna, and in 2009 she graduated in Italian from the Freie University of Berlin. During her studies Anne-Kathrin worked for the Italian Department’s Press Office at the University.

Anne-Kathrin speaks fluent German, Italian and English.

Claudia Guilino (Art Director, Web design)

A graduate in Design and Communications, Claudia has worked as an Art Director for several advertising agencies in Italy (including DMB&B) and Germany. Since 1994, she has worked for Bertelsmann, BAT, Lufthansa Technik and Hamburg Airport, amongst others, and has been specialising in web design since 2000.

Claudia speaks fluent German, Italian and English.

Alessandra Maddalena (Accounting and exhibition services)

After completing her secondary studies Alessandra worked as a tour guide, as an event manager for the Rusconi-Clerici Villa near Lago Maggiore in Italy, and at the information service of the Tourist Office in Verbania. She has lived in Berlin since 2000 and is currently studying languages, specialising in German Language and Literature.

Alessandra speaks fluent Italian, German and English.

Kerstin Papert (Art Director, Graphic Design)

Having been awarded her degree in Design and Communications, Kerstin first worked as a packaging and corporate image designer for the Frankfurt advertising agency BSP. Amongst her several clients she has worked for: Schöller, Mövenpick, Scout and Ferrero. In Berlin since 2000, Kerstin worked for Sony Music Creative Services. Since 2003 she has specialized in graphic design and print communication.

Kerstin speaks fluent German and English.
